Shipping
We offer free FedEx Ground shipping to eligible physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Texas warehouse. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Pre-orders and products with an expected shipping date are subject to the shipping information displayed for those products.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible unassembled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping.
All returns require prior authorization.
Assembled furniture, mattresses, and mattress protectors are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective or incorrectly described goods.

Warranty coverage varies by product.
Where a manufacturer's or Bunk Bed King limited warranty applies, its coverage, duration, and exclusions are governed by the applicable written warranty.

Subject to applicable law, contractual claims must be filed within two years and one day after the cause of action arises, and tort claims within one year. These contractual periods do not override any non-waivable statutory limitation periods.
