Free Shipping

Bunk Bed King provides free FedEx Ground shipping to eligible physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Grand Prairie, Texas.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Pre-order products, temporarily unavailable merchandise, and products displaying an expected shipping date will ship according to the applicable product information and availability.

Once an order ships, we provide FedEx tracking details.

Delivery Times

Most FedEx Ground deliveries arrive approximately 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Cartons

Our bunk beds are shipped in multiple cartons, normally double-boxed for protection.

FedEx may separate cartons during transit. Consequently, cartons belonging to the same order may arrive on different days.

Please review all tracking numbers before reporting missing cartons.

Shipping Damage or Missing Parts

If a carton arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery solely because the outer packaging is damaged.

Inspect the components and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.

Provide your order number, product model, photographs where applicable, and the part number shown in the assembly instructions.

We will help identify the affected component and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. Texas orders are subject to applicable sales tax.
