Bunk Bed King Warranty Policy

The Manufacturer Warranties for the products we sell are as listed:

Bedz King Brand Beds and Bunk Beds

The product Warranty is 90 days from the delivery date. The warranty covers any parts that are damaged or missing. Please send an email of the damaged or missing parts confirming the issue and the part number or letter. We will need a picture of any damaged parts that are being replaced.

Should an issue arise after the warranty period, we can supply replacements if available, but you may be required to cover the FedEx shipping and handling.

JACKPOT! Loft Beds

Maxwood Furniture is the manufacturer of the JACKPOT! brand. Their product Warranty is 1 Year from the delivery date. The warranty covers any parts that are damaged or missing. Please send an email of the damaged or missing parts confirming the issue and the part number or letter. Maxwood requires a picture of any damaged parts that are being replaced.
