A compact bunk can still have the warm look of traditional bedroom furniture. This dark cherry twin-over-twin end-ladder bed stands 61 1/2" high and measures about 20" shorter overall than the BK906 stairway version. Its three-step ladder sits at the end of the frame and can be positioned at either end toward the front or back, while flat rungs provide a broader foothold and keep the front of the bunk open.
Constructed from solid Brazilian pine with no particleboard, the bunk can later be separated into two individual twin beds as room needs change. The traditional dark cherry-stained finish gives the compact frame a warm, substantial appearance, and the open space beneath the lower bunk remains available for optional storage drawers or a trundle.
