Low bunk beds are often chosen to keep the upper sleeping surface closer to the floor; this design also gives you more freedom with the lower bed. At 49" high, the blue twin-over-twin low bunk uses a flat-rung, sloping three-step ladder that can be positioned on the left or right side of the upper frame. The separate lower twin can be aligned beneath the upper bed for a traditional bunk arrangement or used free-standing elsewhere in the room, giving families more ways to adapt the layout as space and sleeping needs change.

Built from solid Brazilian pine with no particleboard, the upper frame includes full-length guard rails on both sides of the sleeping surface. At the same time, the separate lower twin provides a second complete bed without permanently fixing the room to one configuration.
