I ordered a bunk bed with stairs and drawers last summer (summer 2011). It took us a very long day to assemble, but that bunkbed is sturdy because of the way it is assembled. When we got to finishing the stairs, one of the pre-packaged boxes had a piece that was backwards for what was needed. I wrote to Bunk Bed King, sent pictures of what was wrong so that they could make sure they sent the right replacement, and 2 days later had a new pre-packaged box with all the required pieces. The customer service was excellent. In fact, even before I ordered the bed, I spoke to them on the phone to make sure I was getting the right height bed. They were helpful and patient. The bed has been in heavy use for a year now, and is still very stable, unlike another less expensive bed we had in the past. I recommend this company and their products. Kristen F., NYC

It was very hard for us to order an item like this site unseen, but with the depth of detail in the description we decided to bite the bullet and order. We were on edge all week until Fed-Ex drove up and delivered the packages. We want to thank you for a very good quality and good looking product, me and the wife but them together in about an hour with the help of a cordless driver and every part and every hole was spot on. We purchased a Walnut Ranch style set and are very pleased! The bed is very sturdy, easy to assemble (3 hours), beautiful, and the gate is high enough that we do not worry about our son rolling out. In addition, the gap in between the two beds is sufficient, so that our other son does not have to worry about banging his head. We still cannot believe we got it for so cheap and no S & H or taxes! Hi! I ordered bunk beds for my kids on Thursday April 3rd and was waiting very patiently for the email with my tracking number in it to arrive. Imagine my surprise when I got home yesterday (April 8th) and my bunk beds had already been delivered!! Wow! You guys are great.
