Each slat individually screws in to the support rails for added security. So, no need for the additional expense of bunkie boards or bunkie mattresses.
The square posts and the added lintels on the mission style provide a sturdy addition to your children's bedroom. This bunk also offers additional headroom on the bottom bunk and is now also available with the option of adding drawers or a twin trundle. You can also rest assured that our twin over full bunks, like all of the bunk beds we sell, have been tested by an independent laboratory and are in compliance with standard consumer safety specification for bunk beds and the government code of federal regulations.
